About Adin

Adin has been practicing Pilates for many years and began working professionally with clients after training in the STOTT Pilates method. Through teaching, she discovered a deep passion for anatomy and for supporting others in becoming their strongest, most grounded selves—especially during life’s many transitions.

STOTT Pilates is a contemporary approach to Pilates that emphasizes anatomical correctness and neuromuscular control. It builds upon the original Pilates method, incorporating modern exercise principles and rehabilitation techniques. Stott Pilates focuses on core stability, optimal posture, and balanced muscle development.
