At Flo Haven Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized Pilates sessions. Because your session time is reserved specifically for you, we have the following refund policy in place:

Private & Duet Session Refunds

​

• All sessions are non-refundable once purchased.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged for the session.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, are not eligible for refund or credit.

• Exceptions for emergencies or illness may be considered at the discretion of the studio.

Packages / Session Bundles

​

• Pilates packages (e.g., 5 or 10-session packs) are non-refundable once the first session has been used.

• Unused packages may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been scheduled or used.

• Packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Expired sessions are not refundable.

In-Home Sessions

​

• In-home sessions follow the same cancellation and refund guidelines as in-studio sessions.

• Travel fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed.

Workshops or Special Events

​

• Workshops or special event bookings may have their own refund policies. Please refer to the specific event details or contact us for clarification.
