Classes & workshops

At Flo Haven Studio, our classes and workshops are designed to deepen your Pilates practice while fostering a strong sense of community. Whether you’re joining us for a weekly class or a specialty workshop, each experience offers intentional movement, thoughtful instruction, and space to connect—both with your body and those around you.

 

Through guided, small-group sessions and immersive workshops, we help you build strength, refine technique, and expand your understanding of movement in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Rolling Up Yoga Mat

Pilates for pelvic floor

Discover how to better understand and strengthen your pelvic floor with pelvic health expert Dr. Justina Perry and Pilates instructor Adin Weatherley. This workshop blends education and movement to help you feel more connected and confident in your body.

 

You’ll learn the essentials of pelvic floor anatomy, its role in bladder, bowel, and sexual health, and how to properly perform Kegels. You’ll then bring this knowledge into a guided Pilates session focused on building strength, awareness, and support—followed by time to unwind with light bites, mocktails, and community.

Pilates on the green

Join us this summer for Pilates on the Green, a weekly outdoor class designed to bring your practice into the fresh air. Set against the backdrop of ocean breezes and open space, these sessions invite you to move mindfully, build strength, and reconnect with your body in a natural, energizing environment.

 

Practice alongside a supportive community as we flow through intentional movement, soak in the coastal atmosphere, and strengthen together—inside and out.
