📋 Booking & Cancellation Policy – Flo Haven Studio At Flo Haven Studio, we are committed to providing a high-quality, personalized experience for every client. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for everyone’s time, please review the following booking policies: 🗓 Scheduling Sessions All sessions (private or duet, in-studio or in-home) are by appointment only. Bookings can be made directly through our website, by email, or through direct communication. We recommend booking your preferred time slots in advance, especially for recurring sessions. 🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions for emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 💳 Payment Payment is due at the time of your session unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods include [list your methods: e.g., credit card, Venmo, cash, etc.].
